Andrew is Research Culture Manager at Durham University. Andrew develops and delivers Flourish at Durham, Durham University's research culture vision, values and actions. Andrew’s research background is in theology, imagination and the arts and transitioned into arts and humanities professional services via roles within the Church of England and Theological Education Institutions. Andrew joined the research culture team in July 2022 where his role is to shape a research culture and environment where all can thrive and flourish. Andrew is Co-Investigator for ‘Reimagining Governance for a Flourishing Research Culture’, a co-ordinator of the North-East Research Culture Manager's Network an ARMA SIG Champion for Research and Innovation Culture.
