Itinerary for the evening:

  • 6:30pm–7:15pm: Arrival (Members Bar) – Welcome drinks
  • 7:15pm–7:30pm: Move to the Presidents Room
  • 7:30pm: Speeches followed by a Short Q&A session, alongside canapés and drinks
  • 9:30pm: Carriages
