Biography
Biography
Carolina is a PhD Student in Management. She holds a BA in Business and Management from the Durham University Business School. Her current research focus is on identity construction in a work context. Carolina intends to further investigate how individuals can actively influence their identity development by engaging in the identity construction processes identity play and identity work. As a qualified i3 Profiling Coach, she delivers 1-on-1 feedback sessions helping individuals recognise their strengths and productive work environment.
