Mark Allcroft

Mark is a Partner at KPMG and leads their UK Deal Advisory business covering the Tech, Media and Telecoms (‘TMT’) sectors and sits on the TMT Leadership Team for the firm. He has over 25 years’ experience in M&A and specialises in buy and sell side due diligence.

His client base comprises large cap listed businesses (FTSE 100 / 250), Private Equity as well as owner managers on strategic acquisitions, disposals / divestments, and fund raising on the capital markets.

Mark is based in KPMG’s London office and during his career has advised on strategic investments and divestments in more than 30 countries, across every continent.

He graduated with a degree in Physics from Durham University and lives on the edge of the Peak District in Sheffield, with Daniela (who he met at Durham University) and their two children Luca and Leila.
