Speaker's bio:
Nicolás M. Perrone is Professor of Economic Law and Director of the Centre for Law, Regulation and Sustainable Economics at the Universidad de Valparaíso, Chile. His research focuses on sustainable development and international economic law, particularly international investment law and policy. He has held teaching and visiting positions at Durham University, Universidad Externado de Colombia, Georgetown University, and several leading institutions worldwide Author of investment Treaties and the Legal Imagination (Oxford University Pres, 2021), he will serve as Editor-in-Chief of the Business and Human Rights Journal from January 2026.
