When have you FAILED and what did you LEARN?
Failure. We are all scared of it, nobody wants to talk about it, but everybody experiences it.
Event Poster
In job applications and interviews, candidates are often asked about failure or weaknesses and answers can feel rehearsed or inauthentic: “My greatest weakness is I work too hard.”
Run by academics with legal practice experience spanning across the commercial bar and the world’s largest law firms, we will share with you the things that went wrong along the way.
Failure is a common and often constructive experience, and this interactive event is an essential one for all the high achievers. You will leave with top tips and strategies to help build resilience when things go wrong.
