How do I register?

What is the deadline for registrations?
We have now extended the early bird deadline. The deadline for early bird registrations is midnight, on the 12th of July. All conference registrations will close on the 27th of August.
Can I withdraw my registration and receive a refund?
Delegates who cancel their registration before the 27th of August will qualify for a full refund. Please email us at cercles.2024@durham.ac.uk if you wish to withdraw your registration.
Are delegates provided with a meal?
Yes, there will be lunch provided each day as well as coffee, tea and light refreshments.
Will delegates have access to the internet?
Delegates will have access to Eduroam on the University campus. Delegates experiencing issues connecting on the day will be able to troubleshoot any issues with out IT team.
