Poster Exhibition

The poster exhibition at the 2024 CercleS conference will run for the duration of the event in a dedicated exhibition space. We invite all attendees to explore the diverse range of research displayed throughout the conference. A special Poster Session is scheduled for Friday, 13th September, from 16:00 to 16:45, providing an opportunity for delegates to review the posters and engage with authors who may be present.

Poster authors have the option to submit their work for presentation in absentia, in which case their posters will be displayed as part of the exhibition. Authors who attend in person can interact directly with conference participants during the Poster Session.

To encourage multilingualism, we are offering three prizes for the best multilingual poster presentations. While it is not mandatory, we encourage posters to be presented in two different languages (both on the same poster) or through another method of multilingual presentation. Please note that monolingual posters will not be eligible for these prizes.

We accept posters in A1 or A0 sizes, in either landscape or portrait format. Posters can be printed by the authors and brought to Durham, or sent to us in advance. In certain cases, we may be able to assist with local printing. We will provide the necessary fixings to support both laminated and unlaminated posters, which can be returned to the authors at the end of the conference.
