Abstract
In this seminar, Dr Karolina Nieberle (Psychology) and Dr Janey Zheng (Management and Marketing) will present how their IAS Major Project evolved, the insights they have gained from past activities and that informed their thinking. They will explore how arts engagement can enhance individual well-being in organizations, and discuss ideas on questions to explore further. By identifying research gaps in the literature on art and well-being in organizational contexts, they will discuss potential art-based interventions that organisations could adopt to promote the well-being of their people. In addition, they will consider possible opportunities for collaboration and pathways to involve more academics and industry partners in their project.
Places are limited and so any academic colleagues or students interested in attending in person must register here for a place.
