Held on 9–10 October 2025 at the historic Redhills Durham Miners Hall, the conference brought together leading academics, policymakers, and practitioners to examine how societies can transition away from fossil fuels in a just, orderly, and equitable manner.
The findings of this conference will inform CSDLP’s ongoing work and future submissions to UNFCCC Just Transition mechanisms.
We thank all speakers, chairs, participants, and our colleagues and partners from Durham University and Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg for contributing to our Second Annual International Conference.
