  • The Portable Plasma Screens move around campus to capture student attention and engagement with career events, activities and opportunities. Display your advertising in image or video format, or book exclusive use of the screen to display as much content as you like! Prices from £70 +VAT. 
  • The Online Marketing Package promotes your organisation, opportunities, and events across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and the Durham Careers Portal. Starting from £175 +VAT, discover the benefits and book your package today. 
  • The C&E Weekly Student Bulletin is distributed every Tuesday during term time to all current Durham students. This single, university-wide bulletin ensures your opportunity reaches students across all faculties for maximum visibility. Price: £170 + VAT

Privacy Notice - Employers

The Portable Plasma Screens move around campus to capture student attention and engagement with career events, activities and opportunities. Display your advertising in image or video format, or book exclusive use of the screen to display as much content as you like! Prices from £70 +VAT.  

Imagine your message grabbing the attention of potential candidates at key locations and events. Whether it is an impactful image or a dynamic video, the portable plasma screen provides an engaging canvas. Plus, with exclusive reservation, your content takes centre stage.

To get started, please complete the booking form below and send over your images or videos to careers.events@durham.ac.uk in the following dimensions: 1080px width x 1920px height. The preferred file types are AVI for videos, and PNG or JPG for images.

Costs

Exclusive use of Digital Boards:

  • Up to 5 items (image or up to 30sec video clip)
  • £70+VAT per day
  • £300+VAT per week (exc. Weekends)

Non-exclusive use of Digital Boards:

  • 1 item (image or up to 30sec video clip)
  • £175+VAT per week (Mon-Fri)

Our marketing package is a great way to raise the profile of your organisation and/or event and help you to recruit the best talent.

The marketing package consists of:

  • An advert at the top of the events/opportunities page on the Careers Portal, where students search for events or vacancies, displayed for one week with dimensions of 1070px width x 339px height
  • One social media post on Facebook
  • One social media post on Instagram

The cost of this package is £175 plus VAT and availability is limited to one package each week.

Social media advert

Our C&E weekly student bulletin is emailed to all current Durham students every Tuesday during term time. This single bulletin replaces our previous faculty-focused emails and reaches students across all faculties—Sciences, Business School, Social Sciences, and Arts & Humanities—ensuring maximum visibility for your opportunity.

 

The bulletin features careers events taking place the following week, as well as graduate roles and work experience opportunities. It includes links to our Events Calendar and Vacancies Portal, where students can book events or apply directly.

Employer Advert

Employers can choose to feature an Employer Advert within the weekly C&E weekly student bulletin. This advert will appear at the top of the email, with your organisation’s logo prominently displayed.

  • Word limit: 80 words
  • Cost: £170 plus VAT
  • Audience: All current Durham students across all faculties

This is a great way to highlight a key opportunity or event and ensure it stands out to students.
