Economics for Global Decision Making provides the analytical foundations required to interpret complex market environments and inform senior-level decision making.
The module moves beyond theory to focus on how economic forces shape competitive dynamics, regulatory landscapes, geopolitical risk and organisational performance in an interconnected global economy.

Participants develop the ability to apply micro- and macroeconomic frameworks to real-world managerial challenges evaluating market structures, pricing strategies, public policy impacts, inflationary pressures, global supply chains and international trade dynamics. By strengthening economic literacy and quantitative reasoning, the module enhances strategic judgement and equips leaders to make evidence-based decisions in volatile and uncertain conditions.
