Biography

Yan is a PhD candidate student at Durham University Business School for Departement of Management. She received her Master in International Business from Durham University (2015). Yan's research focuses primarily on working lives and family structure constuction. She is interested in exploring how micro, meso and macro factors affect and shape productivity and wellbeing at work-life interface. One foci of her current study is the evolution of both perspective and measurment for gender, diversity and inclusion based on the need of production regimes in various contexts.
