Over 80 alumni came together to share recollections of Grey College in April.
We love to see our alumni back in College (and elsewhere) and you will always be members of the Grey College community. The annual Alumni Reunion weekend was a great success and saw more than 80 alumni attend to catch up with old friends and share stories of their student days. Some alumni recollections:
"Half the fun is staying in college, which we (as students) had the privilege to do for all three years if we wished".
"We even had so called ‘bedders’ to change the bed linen and clean the rooms every Saturday, and three formals a week with gowns, and male only of course!"
Of course it is a different experience now with only first years and some postgraduates guaranteed to live in, but the Grey Spirit is still as strong as ever.
The next reunion weekend will celebrate our 65th Anniversary and will be held from Friday 28 - Sunday 30 March 2025. Save the date!
