Any student requiring support should contact cuthberts.studentsupport@durham.ac.uk

We have an excellent student support system at St Cuthbert's to support everyone throughout their time as a student at Durham University. This support comes from a number of sources within and beyond Cuth's, including services provided by the Student Support and Wellbeing Directorate (encompassing the Counselling Service, the Disability Support Service, the Student Conduct Office, and the Student Wellbeing and Community Engagement Office).

Support is available to all students whether living in college or live out. It includes:

  • Student Support via the college Student Support team
  • College Referral System to central University services such as the Counselling Service and Disability Support and to external agencies
  • Peer and welfare support from the JCR Welfare Team
  • Personal development support via our College Mentors
  • Work experience opportunities via clubs and societies
  • Student Development Awards to enable students to make the most of their opportunities
