Dr Sally Penni MBE
Sally is a high profile award winning barrister at Kenworthy’s Chambers who practices in Criminal Law, Employment Law and Public Access Law. She also sits as a part-time judge.
Outside of these roles she is a public speaker, patron and board member, diversity leader, radio broadcaster and contributor and host of two podcasts. Most importantly Sally is a proud mother of three.
The two podcasts Sally hosts are Talking Law and The Law and Guidance Podcast.
In addition, Sally sits as Non-Executive Director on a variety of boards bringing her experience and expertise in a variety of areas including governance, employment law and cyber security.

- Camberwell Park School – Governor (Vice Chair) & Chair of Standards Committee.
Sally is a keen fundraiser supporting numerous local & national charities including Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. She is also the founder of a social enterprise “FMD” which is a community network that aims to connect the community and campaigns to end loneliness and isolation in the community.
