Book Launch at Durham Law School
Durham International Dispute Resolution Institute (DIDRI) invites you to a great book launch event on third-party funding (TPF). TPF may raise complex procedural and ethical issues. Some jurisdictions and international arbitration centres have started addressing this development in their laws and rules.
