Awards may be withdrawn from the funder with little or no prior notice for reasons beyond the control of the Law School. Where possible, any changes to prizes will be communicated accordingly to students. Please note, in the event where there is more than one prize winner, prizes may be split (subject to discussion and approval with the donor)
There are 8 prizes available for First Year Undergraduate students. Please note that these prizes are only available to students enrolled on the Law M101 programme.

£2000 to be distributed between for the top 3 students in Contract Exam.
£2000 to be distributed between the top 3 students in Tort Exam.
£600 to be distributed between the top three first years in Van Mildert.
£600 to be distributed between the top three first years in Castle.
£600 to be distributed between the top three first year students in Grey College.
£150 and a mini pupillage will be distributed to the highest performing student in module Individual and the State.
£150 and a mini pupillage will be distributed to the highest performing student in module UK Constitutional Law.
£2250 will be distributed to the top three students in module Introduction to English Law and Legal Method.

£150 for books or a year subscription to Law Trove for the overall top student in Criminal Law
£1200 to be split between the top three students in Commercial Law.
£250 to be distributed to the top student in Public International Law.
Gray's Inn Master John Steel Prize by John Steel KC. £300 to be distributed between the top 3 students in Advanced Issues in Public Law.
There are 5 prizes available for Third Year Undergraduate students. Please note that these prizes are only available to students enrolled on the Law M101, M103 and M104 programmes.
£500 to be distributed for the student who receives min 70% mark in the summative essay and has demonstrated greatest improvement on formative essay mark.
£1000 to be distributed to the two top students in the Pensions Law Summative Essay.
£600 to be distributed between to the top 3 students in Media Law.
£150 of books distributed to the best LLB Dissertation in the field of comparative or international criminal law.
£150 book voucher is sent to the top performing third year.
