CCLP Seminar. Book Talk: Judicial Review in Greater China
Speaker: Dr Shiling Xiao Lecturer in Public Law, School of Law, University of Manchester Dr Xiao’s research focuses on constitutional law, administrative law, and law and politics. His monograph, Judicial Review in Greater China, was published by Routledge in 2025, and his work has appeared in leading journals including the International Journal of Constitutional Law and the Hague Journal on the Rule of Law.
