Durham Law School has been working on closer institutional cooperation with the Law School of Mackenzie University, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
As part of this work, Dean Roeben is visiting Mackenzie this week, and he delivered a lecture to graduate students on Obligations of States in regard to climate change.
