There will be an introduction to our approach and areas of research and short presentations from academics from the Department of Geography sharing an overview of their research topics and current challenges.

- Understanding the physical mechanisms of mass movements, coupling novel laboratory and field-based approaches with numerical modelling, to allow assessment of slope stability at societally-relevant scales.
