Lucy-Jane

University student
I’d been considering studying Catholic Theology at Postgraduate level, but I didn't think I could manage in-person seminars alongside my work commitments. The Distance Learning programme solved my dilemma, by offering access to Durham’s academic expertise on a flexible basis, without sacrificing intellectual rigor. The modules draw deeply from across the rich Catholic tradition, whilst also engaging with contemporary issues facing the Church and wider society.

My experience with the distance learning MA in Catholic Theology at Durham has been exceptional. The program's flexibility, coupled with a robust and enriching curriculum, has allowed me to balance my studies with personal commitments and busy schedule. The faculty is supportive, and the curriculum is deeply enriching, allowing me to grow both academically and spiritually.
