CSDLP workshop in Uganda

On behalf of the CSDLP, Prof Petra Minnerop, Dr. Adebola Adeyemi and Dr. Smith Azubuike visited colleagues of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development and the Petroleum Authority of Uganda. The work with the Ugandan government started in 2021.  It is based on research on the energy transition and climate change protection in a developing country context. The workshop included reviewing policies and laws that address environmental issues and climate protection.

The government has since requested that further work is carried out and this will be taken forward through the CSDLP.
