Centre for Sustainable Development Law and Policy with a green background

We are delighted to invite you to the early-career researchers Workshop on cross-disciplinary sustainability challenges.

The workshop will provide a platform for early career researchers, including post-docs, PhDs students and advanced post-graduate  research students who work on sustainability challenges and/or themes pertaining to sustainable development. The workshop is intended to provide an informal and constructive  setting for early-career researchers to present their work, receive feedback from, and build  connections with, research communities across relevant disciplines.

The scope of the workshop is deliberately broad and inclusive. We are interested in hearing  from researchers working on sustainability challenges from a range of disciplinary angles,  including, but not limited to, law, political science, international relations, geography and the  humanities. We invite presentations on research projects at any stage of development,  explicitly including work in progress. Based on the selected abstracts, participants will be allocated to a panel and matched with a discussant who will provide in-depth feedback and  reflections, and lead the general discussion after each panel.

The deadline for submissions has now passed.
