Domestic Law / International Law Relationship; and Publishing Books

Matt Nicholson is writing a book on the UK domestic law / international law relationship (with a specific focus on treaties).  A hybrid HRPLC event is planned for 22 October 2025 at 1.30-2.30 in the Moot courtroom in order for him to present the book in outline and seek views/comments from centre members. This event will include discussion on publishing: this why has taken him 4 yrs up to now and how the project has had innumerable false starts.  Helen Fenwick will also briefly discuss book proposals for edited collections. So this may also trigger some general discussion on book proposals/contracts.
