Research
Erik Crnkovich is a PhD candidate interested in temporality, kinship, and reproduction, with a regional focus on the anthropology of Britain. At the intersection of these themes is his ESRC-funded project on inheritance in Scottish farming, revealing how it transcends scales and elides ideas of culture and biology.
About
Prior to Durham, Erik completed an MRes in Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge (2023) and an MA in Ancient History, Archaeology, and Social Anthropology at the University of St Andrews (2022).
