The system is user friendly and offers employers multiple benefits, including options to:

• Upload and manage your organisation’s profile and display your logo
• Submit graduate vacancies, internships and placements directly
• Manage named users online
• Manage expiry dates and remove filled vacancies
• Contact the Careers & Enterprise Centre directly from your profile page

Our vacancy advertising system is accessible 24/7, for students, graduates and employers. All enrolled students have access to search the system as well as a number of registered graduates who are continuing to seek roles.

Marketing to Students

To complement our free advertising service, you may also wish to be included in our faculty specific vacancy bulletin, which are emailed to around 22k students each week and links to individual posts displayed on our Vacancy Advertising System.  There are two options for enhanced email advertising:

Featured Employer Advert

• You can choose to target one or multiple faculties with your featured advert
• There will be one Featured Employer Advert per Bulletin
• your advert will appear first in the email and your organisation's logo will feature prominently
• There is a 75 word limit for the vacancy description
• Costs: £95 - £165 + VAT depending on how many faculties you would like to target

Standard Employer Advert

• There is no limit on the number of Standard Employer Adverts per Bulletin
• each Standard Employer Advert will have an individual heading including your organisation's name and logo
• There is a 40 word limit to the vacancy description.
• Standard employer adverts will be placed in all relevant faculty-focused bulletins
• Costs: £95 + VAT
