Free transport from Newcastle Airport to your accommodation on 23 and 24 September 2026.
You can book our free Meet and Greet service if you're a new first year international student arriving at Newcastle Airport on 23 or 24 September. Once your accommodation is confirmed, complete the booking form by Wednesday 16 September to secure your place. Please note, this service does not apply to ISC students starting at our International Study Centre in Stockton-on-Tees in September.
Our Welcome Team will greet you at Newcastle Airport on either 23 or 24 September 2026 and guide you to your transport to Durham. Upon arrival in Durham, this free service includes a transfer to your college or private accommodation.
Bookings for our International Meet and Greet service are now open. The service is exclusively for new Durham University international students arriving at Newcastle Airport on 23 and 24 September 2026. Please complete our online booking form by Wednesday 16 September.
