International E-Waste Day aims to raise awareness of electrical waste as the fastest growing source of waste in the world. Almost all of us have unwanted or broken cables clogging up our drawers at home or at work.

The My Greenspace Varsity trophy has returned! 

Members of the Energy and Sustainability team met with counterparts from other UK universities and colleges at the EAUC Community of Transport conference at the University of Nottingham.

"Environmental Volunteering is a component of Durham University Volunteering and Outreach (DUSVO), a Durham Student Organisation that sits within the wider Volunteering and Outreach department. Our Chair, Dorothea Barnes, sits on the DUSVO Executive Committee and oversees and supports three student-led projects that focus on conservation and the environment.

Staff Conference 2024, Thursday 19 September, Teaching and Learning Centre. The purpose of the Staff Conference is to bring the University Strategy to life and provide an update on how our activities are making an impact locally, nationally and globally.
