Abstract

Dr Max Tse will deliver a seminar on what the view from the NAO, Government and Westminster looks like at the moment, some thoughts on the role of academics and how we relate to policy makers, and also on the role of education, especially accounting education, in preparing students for work.

About the speaker

Dr Max Tse is an Executive Leader at the National Audit Office. He holds a PhD in Economics and previously worked at McKinsey. Max is responsible for the NAO’s value for money programme of work and the NAO’s work on the centre of government. Prior to doing this job, he led the NAO’s work on the Department for Work and Pensions.
