Grey College alumnae are invited to return to Durham on Friday 18 September for an afternoon and evening of memories, conversation and networking, helping to shape the future Women of Grey programme.
Grey College is delighted to invite alumnae from across the generations to return to Durham for the first Women of Grey Reunion and Networking Evening on Friday 18 September 2026.
The event will provide an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet other members of the Grey community - and help shape the future of the Women of Grey programme.
Guests are welcome to arrive from 2pm to explore the College's Open Day and join an optional tour of Grey. The main programme will begin at 4pm with tea, coffee and cake and a chance to share photographs, stories and other memories of College life.
This will be followed by an open discussion led by Grey College Principal Professor Sonia Virdee, exploring what it means to be a Grey alumna and how the College can build a supportive, active and enduring network for women across different generations.
From 6pm, guests will enjoy a prosecco reception and hot fork buffet, with plenty of time for informal conversation and networking. The evening will conclude in the Greyhound Bar.
The reunion marks the beginning of a longer-term Women of Grey programme and will help inform further activities, including a larger event planned for 2027. Whether you graduated recently or several decades ago, we would be delighted to welcome you back.
