Parson's Field Site

On the outskirts of the Maiden Castle Wood, this site has views of the river and surrounding countryside, whilst a convenient ten-minute walk from the Bailey, city centre, faculty buildings and University Sports Centre.

Rooms at Parson's Field offer access to modern kitchens and many have en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor space boasts plenty of greenery, a courtyard with a barbeque and seating, and disabled parking, whilst a common room and a second bar can be found indoors.

The site (Brooks House, Refounder's House, Fonteyn Court and Parson's Field Court) is home to 360 students: Freshers and returning students and postgraduates.

  • All rooms are single only
  • All rooms are self-catered: students can opt-in to a meal package; any 10 meals per week (breakfast, lunch or dinner) during term-time
  • Most rooms are en-suite; in the remainder, facilities are shared between 6 and10 students with approximately two toilets and two showers
  • Most flats are mixed sex
  • Facilities include: Bar / Gym / Music Room / JCR Space / Bike Racks / Laundry
