Biography

Dr. Marmolejo, Ph.D is a Commercial Notary Public since year 2007. He is member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNI) level 1. He has focused his research and practice on law and economics affairs brought by the Mexican Energy Reform and Counter- Reform. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Aberdeen, UK. He is a Social Witness at the Mexican Ministry of Energy and an Advisor to the Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission.
