Dr. Miguel A Marmolejo 

Visiting Fellow

Dr. Marmolejo is a Commercial Notary Public in Mexico since 2007, a Level II member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNII), and recently appointed Provost of the Judicial University of the State of Aguascalientes, Mexico. He is a recipient of the Fulbright-García Robles recognition at Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law. His research and professional practice focus on law and economics, particularly energy law, semiconductor regulation, extraterritoriality, and judicial governance in the context of judicial elections. He has also served as a Social Witness for Mexico’s Ministry of Energy and as an advisor to the National Hydrocarbons Commission (National Energy Commission).
