Dr Kaspar Ludvigsen and Professor Helen Fenwick from DLS/HRPLC are co-hosting this workshop. The workshop aims to address the many ways in which innovative technological capabilities used by state and non-state actors have conditioned the ECtHR’s jurisprudence on matters relating to privacy and expression.
