International and home students understanding of assessment and feedback.
Academic leads: Dr Nazire Duran & Dr Suzanne Froggatt-Gray
This project explores student perspectives on assessment criteria and academic support within the Department of Psychology. We will conduct three focus groups, each representing different student cohorts: Home students, international student educated in English, and international students not educated in English. The focus groups will examine students’ expectations and understanding of assessment criteria, their sources of academic support, and their suggestions for improvement. Two undergraduate students will be involved in the project, contributing to the design and facilitation of the focus groups.
