Everyone is welcome at this spectacular Spring Festival to welcome the Year of the Horse.

Celebrate the Year of the Horse at the Oriental Museum

Join us for a late night opening at the Oriental Museum to mark the start of the Year of the Horse. Try fantastic crafts, sample delicious festive food, listen to stories, music and enjoy a family-friendly lantern parade.

This year visitors can enjoy a wonderful Lion Dance performance. 

Suitable for all the family. 

Access Information

This event is an exciting celebration. There will be flashing lights, loud music and our galleries will be very busy.

Free Disabled Parking will be available in Teikyo University carpark, adjacent to the Oriental Museum.

Free Disabled Parking will be available in Teikyo University carpark, adjacent to the Oriental Museum.

Other free event parking is available in the University's Elvet Hill carpark. We have agreed with the university that visitors to the event will be able to use this carpark for the evening.

Pricing

£3 for adults and children. Children under 2 are free of charge.
