Ede & Ravenscroft Photography will be located in the marquee on Palace Green, offering professional studio photography for graduands and their guests both before and after your ceremony.
You'll also be photographed on stage with the Presiding Officer during your ceremony. These official stage images will be available to view, purchase, and take home on the day from the photography sales desk immediately after your ceremony.
Graduands must report to the Great Hall no later than 1 hour and 15 minutes before the ceremony. Many students choose to have their studio photographs taken before the ceremony, so everything is done early and the rest of the day can be enjoyed without interruption.
Most graduands now pre-register in advance to make the day easier and fast-track their on-the-day experience.
On the day, queues build quickly and time is limited. Pre-registering means you can simply show your QR code or order number to staff to begin your sitting, with no need to stop and choose packages. It removes the pressure of making quick decisions in a busy environment, giving you the opportunity to view and choose from the full product range in advance, at your own pace.
The result is a faster, smoother experience through the studio, and more time to enjoy your graduation with friends and family.
