Graduands can produce their own letter of invitation to Congregation to support an application for a visitor visa for themselves and their guests.
To produce a letter, log into Banner Self Service, click on Self-service Student Letters then select Congregation Invitation Letter. You will be asked to provide your address and the names of your guests, if required. The letter will then be published in pdf format on University letterhead and include the official University stamp. You can then print out the number of letters required.
