The Durham Wardrobe Collective is a project within Enactus Durham, our social‑entrepreneurial society. The initiative focuses on ensuring students have access to affordable, professional attire as they begin and progress through their career journeys.
Being part of the project involves a wide range of roles, including coordinating drop‑in events, securing partnerships, and organising and maintaining our stock. Although the project has only been running for a year, it is growing quickly and remains open to new ideas, directions, and student leadership.
Our mission centres on empowering students while also championing sustainability. We want to make professional development more accessible, reduce clothing waste, and create a supportive community around career readiness.
