All students live in College in their first year and many return to live in and enjoy college life again in their final year. The vast majority of students live out in their second year. All successful applicants are guaranteed a room in University-managed accommodation.
The estate was designed around a theme of curves and straights, broadly in the form of a hand, with parallel accommodation corridors that enclose a spacious garden and beautiful landscaped grounds, which are used for relaxation and sport throughout the year.
