Professor Daniel L. Newman has taken part in a six part documentary on the History of Medieval Arab food.

Professor Daniel L Newman has appeared in the al-Jazeera network's six part documentary on medieval Arab food which is being broadcast as part of its special Ramadan programming from 1 - 6 April 2023. The series is called (in translation) ‘The Ancestors’ Dining Tables’ and can be found here.
