Project led by Professor Peter Vickers’ Gains International Spotlight in French Magazine

A project led by Professor Peter Vickers in Durham's Philosophy Department has recently (25th Sept 2025) been showcased on the front cover of the French magazine Sciences et Avenir. The project involves surveying the world's community of astrobiologists regarding the likely existence of extraterrestrial life. It is part of a bigger project, attempting to set up an "Institute for Ascertaining Scientific Consensus".
