Spotlight on recent research in Sociology and Criminology.
This webinar will introduce audiences to recent research done by three up-and-coming academics based in the Department of Sociology. We aim to emphasise breadth and innovation by highlighting our next-generation thinkers:
Dr Briony Anderson’s research explores how doxxing, the non-consensual disclosure of personal, identifying, and sensitive information, harms victim-survivors.
Dr Susan Forde’s work looks at movement and access in divided cities, spatial agency, and how structural violence and inequities can be challenged.
Dr Holly McSpadden’s research examines the barriers to support faced by sexual and gender minority victims/survivors.
The event will be chaired by Dr Alina Geampana.
After you have registered, you will receive a link to join the online webinar. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folders.
