Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan

Our EDI Action Plan aligns with our Athena Swan commitments and complements work done at Faculty and University level, including the University’s Equality Objectives.

Our goals focus on promoting EDI within our Department Community and concentrate around five key priorities: Embedding Inclusive Governance and Accountability; Promoting Gender Equity and Advancing Fair and Supported Career Progression; Monitoring and Sustaining Wellbeing and Work–Life Practices; Advancing Gender and Intersectional Equity in Student Inclusion and Progression; Embedding Structural and Epistemic Inclusion.
