Our Facility supports a wide range of molecular biology applications with a portfolio of general and specialist equipment, including all those necessary for the successful production, quantification and quality control of libraries during the Next Generation Sequencing workflow. Additionally, our NGS provision includes an Illumina MiSeq with output from 1M to 25M unique reads, facilitating a broad range of applications. Our Facility Manager is available to guide our researchers through training for the technologies we provide, in addition to offering tailored advice and troubleshooting on experimental design, sample preparation, quality control, data analysis and grant costing.
