Postage
External mail will be delivered to the College either via the pigeon holes for letters, which are located outside the Shincliffe Room near reception, or to our reception team for parcels who will organise postage for each individual student. Students are able to collect their post from reception at the following times;

Medical Information:
One of your top priorities is to register with doctors at a local medical practice so that you can access healthcare in Durham when you need it. This is especially important if you have an ongoing health condition or require repeat medication and for support with vaccinations.

Please note that your payments will automatically default to 3 instalments unless you make alternative arrangements with the College Finance Office in advance.

ID Verification
Please note: in order to register you must bring with you your passport or photographic UK driving licence. UK students without either document can bring an original birth certificate.
