This round table discussion was recorded by Durham Book Festival in partnership with Durham University in September 2022 and brings a group of leading historians together to explore the history of the current conflict in Ukraine

The event is part of a Ukraine-themed series at Durham, organised by Markian Prokopovych for 2022-23, and the result of our university's collaboration with Zaporizhzhia National University (ZNU) in Ukraine. Olesya Khromeychuk is the Director of the Ukrainian Institute in London, Olena Palko is Assistant Professor at the University of Basel, and Stanislav Cherkasov is Associate Professor at ZNU. Chaired by Markian Prokopovych.
