Outreach

The Department of Mathematical Sciences organises and contributes to a number of different outreach activities:

Public Engagement

We like to share our passion for mathematics beyond the university through participation in festivals, collaborations with museums, public talks, and more!

School Outreach

We work together with schools in various ways, to enrich pupils' experience of maths and inspire the next generation of scientists.

Widening Participation

We strive to make STEM as open and inclusive as possible. One of our main goals is to encourage access to maths and the opportunities it offers at every level.
